TXgroup: the Vision and Founders

Our mission is to promote free enterprise and enable robust direct participation of members in cooperative technology development. Proposed tangible products or technology may prompt the development of startup or other business capable of selling licenses to acceptable candidates.

Membership is free but is monitored to eliminate span, commercial advertisement, or malicious users.

The TeknoX product is a concept introduced with the science fiction 'the next genesis' which is more science than fiction. Now named TXgroup, it is an open partnership (or think tank) where participants can propose and develop ideas containing new or improved technology to a point where such project can be implemented. One of the possibilities, like it happened to Transmedia, TXgroup invested into prototypes providing the roots for a Startup. And the TeknoX products are tmED and tmPUB.

Unlike think tanks, TXgroup supports its projects or starups providing initial coordination and promotion of the technology. Examples are the acceptance of proposals for tmED authoring and introduction of College Workshops as a collaborative effort to design and develop tmED titles.

The TXgroup is a not for profit organization in order to create a no-risk joint venture between many individuals. Never the less, participants or JVA partners acquire shares as they contribute to a particular approved project. Such no-par value shares determines the percentage of ownership of each partner in the business or startup created by TXgroup projects. Each such business or startup shall have a life of their own, managed and operated by its own team because the TXgroup partners are not allowed to assume any liability, including the formation of a business.

Home: The TXgroup is located in Hansville, WA, USA and yet our partners have no geographic delimiters.
